For more than twelve years, I taught at various local studios. I also taught Yoga in the ballroom of a local country club...they were gracious hosts and I enjoyed the community very much. While those were all great venues, I am very pleased to be able to offer Yoga in my studio in Delmar.
Each class begins with breathwork and is followed by a series of poses to stretch and strengthen the body. Class ends with a guided meditation. Please bring your own mat.
Monday evening class is 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Sign up for a Drop-in yoga class or buy a pack of classes here: Yoga package*No class 2/10/25 and 2/24/25 (my kid's birthdays!)

Take the guesswork out of what to do on which days, how to use what you have at home and how to know if you're doing it well. Ultimately, my job is to help you reach your goals and have some fun, while creating a sustainable routine.
*This works best if we've worked together in person prior to starting an online plan.
My online training plans are delivered in the comfort of your home. Minimal equipment is required for creating a home strength routine. Video demos are included and a free app, customized by me, that will guide you.

Q: I had a c-section - is this for me?
A: Yes! Whether you delivered vaginally or via c-section, the stretch on your midsection was intense during pregnancy. Learning to move well postpartum is key for all women, regardless of how they delivered their baby. An early tip - a gentle touch on your scar will be an important part of healing.
Q: Why is it so hard to navigate women's health after having a baby?
A: It isn't your fault if you are unaware of how to rebuild your strength after having a baby. This information should be widespread and standard of care! In fitness, information changes so often that it is hard to keep track. It shouldn't be confusing and my goal is to take the mystery out of many things postpartum.
Q: What if I'm 4 years, 8 years or 15 years postpartum? Is it too late?
A: It is never too late. Women can benefit from core strength at any stage postpartum. Some of my clients are six weeks postpartum, while others are twenty years pp. If you are more than a few years pp, you'll benefit most from a 1:1 session to begin.
Q: I don't want to get hurt and I'm afraid I'll make things worse.. Can you help?
A: Yes. As an athlete and Mom of three, I have learned many things the hard way. I work closely with Physical Therapists and Midwives and I study Women's Health on a regular basis to deliver the best programming possible.
